Class Descriptions

Little Bulldogs (Ages 3-5)

Introduction to martial arts fundamentals through fun activities. Focuses on basic motor skills, listening, and following directions in a supportive environment.

Kids Taekwon-Do (Ages 6-12)

Traditional Taekwon-Do training separated by skill level. Beginners learn foundational techniques while advanced students refine their skills and work toward black belt.

Teen/Adult Taekwon-Do (Ages 12+)

Comprehensive training in traditional ITF Taekwon-Do including patterns, self-defense, sparring, and breaking. Great for fitness, self-defense, and personal development.

All Ages/Grades Taekwon-Do

A unique class where families can train together! Students of all ages and belt ranks practice together, with instruction tailored to each student's level.

Leadership Class (Advanced Juniors)

Specialized training for advanced junior students developing leadership skills. Focus on teaching techniques, mentorship, and advanced martial arts concepts to prepare future instructors.

Fitness Boxing (Ages 12+)

High-energy cardio workout using boxing techniques. Burn calories, build strength, relieve stress, and improve coordination. No experience necessary!

Stretching Class (All Ages)

Improve flexibility, prevent injury, and enhance recovery. Perfect for martial arts students and anyone looking to improve mobility and range of motion.

Silver Stretching (Active Adults & Seniors)

Gentle stretching and flexibility exercises designed specifically for active adults and seniors. Improve mobility, balance, and overall wellness in a supportive environment.

Competition Class

Advanced training for students preparing for ITFA tournaments. Focus on sparring techniques, forms perfection, and competition strategy. Held every second Friday during competition season.
