Class Structure

Beginners Class

Monday & Thursday: 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

New students and white through green belts. Focus on fundamental techniques, basic patterns, and introduction to all aspects of Taekwon-Do training.

Advanced Class

Monday & Thursday: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Blue belts and above. Advanced patterns, sophisticated sparring techniques, competition preparation, and leadership development.
